| 摘 要： | 对全省16个城市老年人的健康状况和参加体育锻炼的基本情况进行调查。结果发现，目前全省老年人的身体健康状况不容乐观，老年人余暇时间参加的大多数活动都与体育锻炼有关。且以有氧运动为主。这对推行全民健康计划具有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | According to the investigation of the senior citizens' healthy conditions and basic conditions of participation in physical exercise in 16 cities of Liao Ning province,we find that the senior citizens' healthy conditions are not optimistic now.Most of the activities the elder people participating in during their spare time are related to physical exercise,especially focusing on aerobic,which is of great importance to carry out the whole nation healthy program. |
