| 摘 要： | 全国文化信息资源共享工程作为公共文化建设重点工程,对公共图书馆和基层文化站的自动化、网络化,以及资源建设和大众服务方面发挥了巨大的推动作用。公共图书馆大规模开展数字资源建设,形成了丰富的优秀文化信息资源。面向基层服务的数字资源提供能力显著增强。资源建设和对外服务犹如共享工程的两大推进器,因此,必须围绕地方特色资源,构建共享工程资源库群,以及创新地方特色服务,构筑共享工程服务体系。

| Abstract: | As a key public cultural construction project,the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project tremendously promotes automation,networking,as well as resources construction and public services of public libraries and basic culture stations.The large-scale building of digital resources in public libraries forms rich outstanding cultural information resources.The supporting capacity of digital resources for the grassroots level has markedly increased.Resources construction and external services are the two thrusters of the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project,therefore,we must concentrate on the local characteristic resources to build the group of resources,as well as innovate local characteristic services,and build services system of the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project. |
