连续纵跳及其疲劳的生物力学研究

摘    要:对27名体育系男生30次连续纵跳的纵跳摸高高度、动力学指标进行测定,对数据进行统计处理、对应比较。结果表明,纵跳摸高高度是评价运动性疲劳的有效指标,10秒钟内纵跳的纵向最大力值和冲量值可作为评价疲劳的指标。本研究确定了一些生物力学的疲劳指标,为运动生物力学对运动性疲劳的研究积累了一定的数据材料。

Abstract:Twenty-seven boy students majoring in PE were subjected to repeated vertical jumps thirty times to test their jump-height and kinetic index. After giving the figures obtained a statistical treatment and making some comparisons between them, we come to the conclusion that the jump height may be regarded as an effective index for the judgement of the sport fatigue; that the maximum vertical strength value and the impulse value may serve as an index for judging the fatigue experienced in vertical jumps within en seconds. This study has extablished some fatigue index on biomechanics, thus presenting some particular statistical information for the study of sport fatigue through the application of sport biomechanics.
