| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济时代，商品生产历经劳动密集型、资金密集型、技术密集型到今天的知识产权密集型，商品竞争也走过了质量之争、价格之争、服务之争到今天的融品牌、专利技术、智力知识等于一体的组合式知识产权之争。知识产权密集型商品——一种集知识、技术、法律、经济于一身，进可攻城略地，退可防守反击的经济尤物，成为经济发达国家和企业竞争优势所在，执世界消费潮流之牛耳。
