| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是新世纪新阶段党中央提出的重大战略思想。高校要落实科学发展观,就必须深化对科学发展观的认识,围绕全局科学定位,把以人为本作为发展理念、战略理念、价值理念,认真分析处于新的宏观环境中的高校工作,抢抓机遇,实现持续跨越发展,坚持改革的正确方向,积极推进机制体制的改革,正确处理各方面关系,建设和谐大学,在更高的起点上实现全面协调可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The scientific development view is a significant strategic concept proposed by the Central Party Committee in the new stage of the new century.In order to fulfill the scientific development view in universities,we should deepen the understanding of the scientific development view and make scientific determination according to overall situation;we should make humanism our ideas of development,strategy and values;we should earnestly analyze the university work in the new macroscopic environment,seizing the opportunity to realize sustainable development;we should persist the correct direction of the reform,positively advancing the reform of the mechanism system;we should correctly deal with various relationship and set up harmonious universities to realize the sustainable development in an all-around and harmonious way in a higher beginning. |
