| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法,对我国部分高师体育院系体育教育专业学生每周平均参与课余训练的人数、次数、时间、选择项目及方式,以及多元性价值取向和制约要素等进行调查分析,揭示目前体育教育专业学生课余训练存在的问题,为加强高师体育院系的改革与发展,实施课余训练的科学管理,培养体育教育专业过硬的人才提出了新的思考.

| Abstract: | With the methods of questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics,the data about students' participation,time spent,item for choice,multi-factor value and restricting factors are researched,in order to analyze the present situation of the per week out-if-class training of the students in some physical education departments and expose some problems existing in this process. Some measures for the solution of these problems are put forward in order to carry out scientific management in the out-of-class training of the students of physical education departments and cultivate qualified talents in physical education. |
