| 摘 要： | 中国社会危机管理已经呈现出新的发展趋势。我国现有的社会危机管理机制存在的问题主要表现在预警系统和机制不完备、快速反应决策机制效率低、信息联动机制不灵敏、社会参与机制有待完善、绩效评价机制需要重新修正、法律机制不健全等方面。探索社会危机控制的基本规律,完善社会危机管理机制,对于提高政府管理水平、促进经济社会发展具有非常重要的现实意义和深远的战略意义。

| Abstract: | The social crisis management system has presented a new trend after undertaking an evolution.There are various problems in the current social crisis management system such as the imperfection of the warning and social system,the inefficiency of the immediate reaction and decision-making system,the insensitiveness of the informative linkage system,the modification of the performance evaluation mechanism and the imperfect of the law system.It is realistically and strategically significance for the improvement of government's managing ability and economic development to explore the basic rules of the social crisis management and perfect its system. |
