| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问器调查法、访谈法对内江市社区体育现状进行了实际的调查与研究分析。结果表明：认识观念落后、经济社会发展水平低是制约内江市社区体育发展的主要因素。建议市政府在《全民健身计划纲要》的落实过程中加强指导；加大体育资源的开发；注重社会体育指导员队伍建设，推广科学的锻炼方法为市民创造良好的健身环境。

| Abstract: | Based on the method of documentary material, questionnaire's investigation and interview, a practical research and analysis on current situation of social area physic education are made in Neijiang . The result indicates that the main factors which restrain the development of social area physic education are the backward of citizen's cognitive conception and the low level of its social economic development. Here are some pieces of advice: Firstly, the government should strengthen its conduct on the course of putting The Abstract on the plan of Body Building for the Whole Citizen into effect . Secondly, the exploitation of physic education resources should be greatly expanded; Finally, more attention must be paid to the improvement of the social physic education instructors' quality. Besides, scientific exercising ways should also be spreaded in order to create favorable environment for all citizens to do varieties of sports. |
