| 摘 要： | 太极拳活动是广州市社区群众健身的主要形式之一。通过对广州市社区太极拳活动现状的调查分析，可以发现其中存在的具体问题；针对这些具体问题研究出相应的发展对策，为全面实施《全民健身计划纲要》奠定重要基础和提供根本保证。

| Abstract: | Shadow boxing activities are one of main gymnastic style of common people in Guangzhou community. By investigating and analysing the present situation of Shadow boxing activities in Guangzhou's community,We can find material problems consisting in them. And then we can excogitate relevant developmental countermeasure aiming at these material problems. It is important foundation and essential guaranty of roundly applying the National-Keep-fit Programme. |
