| 摘 要： | 高校学生工作知识管理是指高校学生工作者以人力资源、科学技术和政策等管理要素为支持和保证,通过学生工作相关知识的获取、储存、共享、应用、创新等一系列知识活动,构建高校学生工作知识共享、交流、创新的平台,提高高校学生工作的科学化水平,促进高校学生工作者向专业化、专家化发展。
