| 摘 要： | 高校学生工作队伍"整体性"建设的起点是从当前学生工作中找出不足与成因,用"整体性"建设思路勾绘蓝图,并提出相应的"整体性"建设策略,最终以整体合力推动新时期高校学生工作的良性循环,促进高校学生工作目标的顺利实现与和谐发展。
