| Abstract: | This paper is based on questionnaire surveys of and interviews with freshmen. After analyzing the causes for their confusion, the article suggests to help firstyear college students walk out of perplexities by attaching special importance to orientation, caring for each student, intensifying education and teaching, creating activity platforms and building excellent classes. |
