| 摘 要： | 从风险投资业的发展发展历程来看，风险投资的行为特征发生了很大的变化。因此，仅仅从静态层面来理解风险投资基金行为和效率是不够的。之所以欧洲、日本等地区风险投资与美国风险投资存在巨大差异，而美国风险投资业也处于不断变化之中，其主要原因在于风险投资家受到利益的驱使。

Analysis of Venture Capital Industry Development and Institutional Changes |

| Abstract: | The characteristics of venture capital have changed greatly in the process of the development of venture capital industry. It shows that it is not enough to analysis the venture capital fund on the static lay. It is known that there are many differences of the venture capital in Europe and Japan compared to US, and the venture capital industry of US is also in the process of continue change. The main reason of that is the interest driver to the venture capitalists. |
