| 摘 要： | 马克思社会公正观本质上是关于以彻底消灭阶级为根本要求的、所有人平等权利和平等义务相统一的、获得自由而全面发展条件的理论观点.马克思所指谓的社会公正,从价值主体看,是所有人共同享受的公正;就基本要义言,是平等权利和平等义务相统一的公正;依根本要求说,是彻底消灭阶级的公正;按价值旨归论,是保障每个人自由而全面发展的条件的公正.把握这一本质规定,对促进中国特色社会主义的社会公正和谐有启示意义.
