| 摘 要： | 中国共产党人实现了马克思主义人口理论和社会主义现代化建设、改革开放的有机结合，开创了马克思主义人口理论在中国实践的新局面。在改革开放30多年的历史进程中，马克思主义人口理论在中国实践积累了许多宝贵的经验，其中主要的经验有：坚持解放思想、实事求是，立足特殊人口国情的现实基础，勇于创新和善于总结经验教训。这些经验值得在新的历史条件下科学统筹解决我国人口问题的实践中加以借鉴。

| Abstract: | The Communist Party of China has been reunifying modern construction, reform and openness and Marxist Population Theory, and created a new situation of Marxism Population Theory＇practice in China. We have accumulated a wealth of valuable experience of Marxism Population Theory＇Practice in China during the 30 years, among which mainly are ideal foundation of emancipating the mind and seeking the truth from facts, reality foundation of special population national conditions, subject conditions of the huge political courage and the courage of creating theory and historical foundation of being good at summing up experience and lessons. |
