| 摘 要： | 高职院校乒乓球课教学目标应注重培养和提高学生对乒乓球运动的兴趣、意识。提高学生在学习过程中逐渐掌握乒乓球运动的基本技战术、比赛规则及裁判法,使其对乒乓球运动有更深刻的理解;使学生不仅在课堂教学中身体受益,又奠定其终身体育的基础。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the teaching aim of table tennis, in which the stress should be put on interest and sense. How to develop and improve the techniques and strategies and to understand the rules and umpires' law are essential for students during the practice. Thus, the students would understand the ping-pong on a deeper level. The paper suggests that the course should not only benefit the students' health but also provide the foundation for their lifetime exercise. |
