| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来农村基础教育政策不断完善和创新，教育观念逐渐彰显平等化，管理体制逐渐统筹化，投入体制逐渐福利化，办学形式逐渐多样化。这些政策的应用促进了农村基础教育的很大发展，但也存在一定的不足，所以要继续更新观念，完善新机制，实施弱势补偿，实行依法治教，推动农村基础教育的长足发展。
