乙酸乙酯制备实验的改进

摘    要:从实验装置和催化剂两个方面,对师专有机化学实验中乙酸乙酯的制备进行改进,重点研究以冰乙酸和95%乙醇为原料,一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂,制备乙酸乙酯。实验结果表明,酯化的优化条件为乙酸:乙醇:一水合硫酸氢钠的摩尔比为1:1.65:0.072,反应时间30min,产率达64.1%。

Abstract:The author improved prepare experiment on ethyl acetate from eperiment unit and catalyst, researched preparing eperiment on ethyl acetate that acetic acid and 95% alcocol were chosen as experimental material, and that sodium hydrogen sulphite was chosen as catalyst. From the result of experiment, The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: n(acetic acid ): n(alcocol): n(sodium hydrogen sulphite)= 1:1.65:0.072, and addition reaction time was 30min, productivity was 64.1%.
