| 摘 要： | 人类社会正在从传统工业社会向知识经济时代转型;教育要为这一转型提供应有的智力支持和人才培养,以教育改革应对社会进步需要,构建中国特色社会主义现代化教育体系,推动全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展.学习型社会的构建首先要建立学习型政党,使党的领导永远保持先进性;其次是建立学习型学校.高校要建立党委、行政、学术领导三位一体的管理系统;教师终身学习体系是学习型社会的典范,教师群体和各级各类学校应当率先成为示范性学习型组织的典范.

| Abstract: | Hunan society is in a transitive period from traditional industrial society to the age of knowledge economy. Education should be the basis for the training of talented people. Educational reform should meet the demands of social progress. We must construct modern socialist educational system, establish a learning-based society, in which all people learn and learn all one's life, to promote all-round development of human beings. Teachers' lifelong learning is the model of the learning-based society. All teachers and all schools should take the lead to be the model learners. |
