| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、调查访问和数据统计法，对厦门市12所小学学生学习游泳途径进行调查，结果表明：厦门市小学游泳场馆少、学生学会游泳的途径主要是社会培训、家长自己教。研究显示厦门市政府、教育部门对小学游泳教育重视不够，支持力度低，以及受到游泳场地、教师水平限制以及对游泳安全因素的考虑等因素的制约，厦门市小学游泳教育是学校安全教育特别薄弱的环节。提出促进厦门市小学游泳教育开展的对策：优先开展游泳教育，加大游泳场馆设施建设力度。
