| 摘 要： | 环渤海经济圈是我国经济新的增长点,是我国的重工业基地,因此技术效率在本区域经济增长过程中起到十分重要的作用.运用DEA方法测度了2001-2005年环渤海七省区市国民经济的技术效率水平和全要素生产率的变动.认为,优化产业布局,改进投入要素比例,加快技术创新和技术追赶,加强合作,突出中心城市的作用,可以促进环渤海地区全要素生产率增长,最终带动经济发展.
