| Abstract: | Autonomy of significance is the inevitable selection of economy in legislature. The cultivation and development of socialist market economy calls for the principles of the right autonomy can be of significance in legislature and jurisdiction. Only when autonomy of significance is rationally extended can the socialism market economy prosper rapidly. |
