| 摘 要： | 婚姻,隐含着许多利益,也承担着一定的义务.婚姻的义务,对于个体而言,存在夫妻之间忠实的义务、夫妻之间同居的义务、夫妻互相扶养、互相照顾的义务;对于社会和国家而言,存在养老育幼、维持人类繁衍生息的社会义务.

| Abstract: | Marriage means a plenty of rights as well as a lot of obligations.Marriage is under the obligation of loyalty,the obligation of cohabitation and the obligation of supporting and helping each other as an individual.To the society and the country,marriage is under the social obligation of supporting the elderly and educating the children and also under the social obligation of human multiplication. |
