高等院校教学与科研包容性发展研究

摘    要:教学和科研是高等院校的两大职能,但目前我国许多高校存在着"重教学轻科研"或"重科研轻教学"的现象。在实施科教兴国和人才强国战略的背景下,解决高等院校教学与科研之间的矛盾,促进教学与科研的包容性发展对于提高高等院校的综合实力、充分发挥高校的社会服务功能有着非常重要的现实意义。本文对包容性发展的概念予以界定,并在此基础上深入分析研究高等院校教学与科研包容性发展的必要性和可能性。

Abstract:The teaching and scientific research is two big functions to higher schools,but There are phenomena of "heavy teaching light research" or "heavy research light teaching" to a lot of universities at present.Under the background of implementing the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education and human resource development,to solve the contradiction between the teaching and scientific research in higher education insitution,promote the comprehensive development of the teaching and scientific research has very important practical significance to improving inclusiveness of comprehensive strength and bringing the social service function of universities into full play.In this paper,we define the concept of comprehensive development,and research and analysis deeply the necessity and possibility of teaching and scientific research inclusiveness development of higher education insitution.
