| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育大发展的背景之下,电大系统的发展应该获得更大的发展,但是现实的情况是系统面临更多的问题和被动。究其原因,有系统内部或自身＂先天不足＂、＂营养不良＂、＂自闭＂倾向等,解决之道是系统优化。但更多的原因在于系统外部,社会对电大＂系统＂办学理念质疑大于认同,地方行政对电大＂系统＂办学体系漠视大于重视,普通高校网络教育对电大＂系统＂办学平台竞争大于合作。政府和教育行政部门对电大系统这一资源应有的重视,以及实质性的项目支持、必要的经费投入,才是解决电大系统发展困境的真正道路。

| Abstract: | The great development of modern distance education context,the development of TV systems should be given greater development,but the reality is that more problems and passive.Within the system or their own have "deficiencies","malnutrition","autistic" tendencies and other reasons,the solution is system optimization.But more due to outside the system,community TV "system" educational philosophy question than identity,on the TV "system",the local administration’s attitude is indifference,online education colleges and universities’s attitude is competition than cooperation.Government and the educational administrative departments should attach importance to the modern TV system resources in the role of distance education,and give substantial project support,the necessary input of funds,this is true path.to solve the plight of TV. |
