| 摘 要： | 教学管理队伍建设是高等职业院校人才队伍建设的重要组成部分,建设一支高素质的教学管理队伍对提高人才培养质量至关重要。面对高等职业教育发展新要求,本文从加强教学管理队伍建设的必要性出发,分析了教学管理队伍建设存在的主要问题,提出了教学管理人员应具备的基本素质和加强教学管理队伍建设的建议。
