摘    要:随着中国加入世界贸易组织和全球经济一体化进程的加快,人力资源管理在民营企业管理中的地位和作用日益增强,而采用员工激励机制提高企业核心竞争力已成为当今我国民营企业的必然选择。本文通过研究分析中小型民营企业人才利用的现状和民营企业现行激励机制中存在的问题,指出了其原因所在和改进措施。

Abstract:With the China's entry into WTO and the globalization of the economy of the whole world,human resource management in private enterprises plays a more and more important role.It is a must for private enterprises to enhance it competitive force by taking employee-motivating systems.The author analyzes the present situation of human resource management of private enterprises in China,and the problems existing in the present motivating system of the private enterprises and gives some suggestions on how to solve the problems.
