摘    要:学生应在学习活动中学会合作,体验合作与成功的喜悦,教师可在分组教学的基础上引入自主合作机制,巧妙创设“学习圈”,从关注差异、开展活动、竞争合作、分层评价四个方面促进学生的个性发展和学科素养提高。

Abstract:Students should learn to cooperate in learning activities and experience the joy of cooperation and success.On the basis of group teaching,teachers can introduce the mechanism of independent cooperation and ingeniously create a"learning circle",so as to promote students'personality development and discipline accomplishment improvement from four aspects:focusing on differences,carrying out activities and competition and cooperation,Hierarchical evaluation.
