| 摘 要： | 从发掘事业人群体多元价值的角度，提出了基于指标集成的高校教师绩效多维考核方法。在量化、全面、集成、动态的考核原则下建立了绩效考核指标体系，并应用加成模型进行逐层绩效的向上集成，讨论了该考核方法的特点及进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Through the outlook to distinguish multiple value of enterprisers' colony,this paper puts forward the method of evaluating college teachers' performance based on integration of the indexes.Furthermore,under the evaluation of quantified,comprehensive,integrated,and flexible principles,it establishes the evaluation system with applicable indexes and forms the hierarchical model to integrate the performance of lower lever to the higher lever step by step.Finally,it discusses the characteristics of this method and the direction of further research. |
