一维无序光子晶体的光学透射特性

摘    要:用时域有限差分法研究一维无序光子晶体的光学透射特性.结果表明:大折射率层无序和小折射率层无序对光子晶体的透射特性都有影响,但前者影响比后者更显著;当晶格常数不变时,其透射特性与随机分布有关,高频禁带的边缘向波源中心频率拓展,但与涨落系数的变化几乎无关.
