| 摘 要： | 用时域有限差分法研究一维无序光子晶体的光学透射特性．结果表明：大折射率层无序和小折射率层无序对光子晶体的透射特性都有影响，但前者影响比后者更显著；当晶格常数不变时，其透射特性与随机分布有关，高频禁带的边缘向波源中心频率拓展，但与涨落系数的变化几乎无关．
