| 摘 要： | 由于受到医学院校扩招、外科手术实训条件有限等原因的影响,大部分医学院校外科手术教学环境拥挤,学生缺乏动手实践的机会,在一定程度上影响了实验教学效果,妨碍了学生手术操作技能的提高。为解决此问题,医学院临床技能中心设计了基于DSS实时监控传输系统的外科手术实验教学平台,并详细阐述了在此平台开展手术教学的实践过程。该平台的构建,不仅可以解决众多学生拥挤在一起观看示教的问题,还可以增加学生的实践机会,提高实验教学效果。

| Abstract: | Due to the expansion of medical college enrollment, limited surgical training conditions, etc., the surgical teaching environment of most medical colleges is crowded, students lack the opportunity to practice, which affects the teaching effect and hinders the improvement of students’ operation skills. In order to solve these problems, the clinical skill training has designed a surgical experimental teaching platform based on DSS(digital surveillance system) real-time surveillance transmission system and elaborated the practical process of teaching on this platform. The construction of the platform can not only solve the problem that many students are crowded together to watch the teaching, but also increase students’ practice opportunities and improve the experimental teaching effect. |
