| 摘 要： | 绩效评估是江苏省重点实验室管理的重要环节之一,评估工作对江苏省重点实验室起到了以评促建、以评促发展的作用。对江苏省重点实验室的评估规则和指标体系进行分析,结合参评实践,针对评估工作中存在的各类实际问题展开讨论,并有针对性地提出了完善评估指标体系、优化评估程序、简化评估材料等改进措施,对进一步提高江苏省重点实验室的管理水平有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Performance evaluation plays a vital role in the management of the key laboratories of Jiangsu Province, which can promote the construction and development of the key laboratories. The performance evaluation rules and index system of the key laboratories of Jiangsu Province are analyzed in this paper. Some improvement measures are proposed based on the various types of practical problems occurred in realistic evaluations, including revising the evaluation index system, optimizing the evaluation procedure and simplifying the evaluation task. These suggestions will help to improve the management level of the key laboratories of Jiangsu Province. |
