摘    要:为提升学生的知识集成能力和整合创新能力,针对"运营管理"课程传统教学中存在的"知识点分散、理论与实践脱节"的困境,应用质量功能展开产品设计工具(QFD),分析了支撑学生能力培养的学习需求和项目特性,构建了"运营管理"课程整合实践项目的质量屋模型,并基于该模型找出了实践项目的关键特性。教学实施效果表明,基于QFD工具设计的"运营管理"课程整合实践项目,能够激发学生学习潜能,提升学习的积极性和主动性,培养知识整合应用能力与实践创新能力。

Abstract:To improve the students’ ability of knowledge integration and integrated innovation, in view of the dilemma of "Scattered knowledge points and disjointed theory from practice" in the traditional teaching of operations management and based on QFD(quality function deployment) design method, the learning needs and project characteristics that support students’ ability cultivation are analyzed. The quality house model of the operations management integrated practical project is established and Based on the model, the key characteristics of practical projects are found out. The implementation effect of teaching shows that the practical project of operations management course can effectively stimulate students’ learning potential, enhance their learning enthusiasm and initiative, and cultivate their ability of knowledge integrated application and practical innovation.
