摘    要:储层改造技术是目前实现低渗透和非常规油气藏及中深层地热资源高效开采的核心技术。为更好地满足储层改造技术的教学科研工作需求,自主设计了多功能大尺寸真三轴储层改造实验装置,创新性地实现了针对不同尺寸人造或露头岩心,不同温度、围压和孔压,不同流量的固液两相泵入,以及不同井筒完井工艺条件下的储层改造及渗流模拟实验,提供了主/被动声波结合的声发射检测、温压场和应力应变场检测及压后激光扫描测量等丰富的评价手段。该装置具备功能丰富、操作简便安全、性价比高的突出特点,有助于构建储层改造技术创新实践平台,提升教学科研水平,助推师生创新发展。

Abstract:Reservoir reconstruction technology is the core technology to realize the efficient exploitation of low permeability, unconventional oil and gas reservoirs as well as medium and deep geothermal resources. In order to better meet the teaching and scientific research needs of reservoir reconstruction technology, a multi-functional and large-scale true triaxial reservoir transformation experimental device is designed independently. The device innovatively realizes the solid-liquid two-phase pumping in for different sizes of man-made or outcrop cores, different temperatures, confining pressures and pore pressures, and different flow rates of solid-liquid two-phase pumping, as well as reservoir reconstruction and seepage simulation experiments under different wellbore completion conditions. It provides a wealth of evaluation tools such as acoustic emission detection, temperature pressure field and stress-strain field detection and laser scanning measurement after fracturing paragraph. The device has the outstanding characteristics of rich functions, simple operation, safety and high cost performance, which is helpful to build a practical platform for reservoir reconstruction technology innovation, improve the level of teaching and scientific research and promote teachers and students’ innovative development.
