| 摘 要： | 对诸多关于图书馆核心竞争力的概念进行辨析,认为图书馆核心竞争力可以作如下定义:图书馆核心竞争力是指一所图书馆长期形成的能使图书馆在竞争中保持可持续发展,建立在图书馆各种资源基础之上的获取、开发、整合资源的特有的能力,从而能最大限度地满足用户需求。

| Abstract: | It is helpful to understand and elaborate the concept and connotation of the core competence of library correctly in order to grasp the recognition principle,the cultivation method and the promotion way of the core competence of library.This article combs the existing concept related to the core competence of library,and then carries on the discrimination to the concept of the core competence of library through theory and real diagnosis.Finally,a comprehensive expounding of the concept"the core competence of the library"is proposed.It can be defined as the unique competence or power developed over a long period that enables the library to carry on sustainable development throughout intense competitions by obtaining,developing and integrating different kinds of resources. |
