| 摘 要： | 在网络环境下,Creative Commons以知识共享为理念,为公共领域内的各类型创作作品提供了一种开放内容的授权许可机制,合理又灵活地解决了版权保护和信息共享之间的矛盾。在学术领域内,科学共享(Science Commons)项目也进一步支持和推动了开放存取运动的发展。

| Abstract: | In the network environment,Creative Commons,as a concept of knowledge-sharing,provides an open content licensing mechanism for all the types of the creative works in the public domain.It solves the conflicts between copyright protection and information sharing rationally and flexibly.In the academic fields,at the same time,the project of Science Commons has further supported and promoted the Open Access Movement. |
