| 摘 要： | 会计委派制是对会计人员管理体制进行的一种尝试，它是各级财政部门或建立的专门机构对会计人员实行的直接管理，实行会计委派可以对各单位的财务收支实施有效的监督，有利于为国家宏观调控决策提供真实可靠的信息，有利于会计监督体系的建立，有利于提高会计人员的自身素质，有利于廉政建设。

| Abstract: | The system of appointing accountants is an attempt to manage accountants in China.It can have an effective supervision for the implementation of financial income and expenses in each unit,providing authentic and reliable information for the state macroscopic control and policy decision and contributing to the establishment of the accounting supervision system.Putting into effect the system of appointing accountants is misunderstanding both in understanding and in practicing. |
