| 摘 要： | 独立学院是高等教育扩大招生的产物。独立学院的前身是民办二级学院,随着民办二级学院的不断发展,目前以独立学院出现的新的办学模式正在日益向前发展。独立学院要想健康发展,为我国高等教育做出贡献,应采取的措施是:认真贯彻执行教育部有关文件精神;针对独立学院实际情况合理定位;在教学基础设施方面加大投入;地方政府要加大对独立学院的支持力度;加强对独立学院的监控与管理。

| Abstract: | An independent college is the result of higher-education enrollment expansion.The former institution before independent college was the second-level non-public college and currently the school-running mode characterized by independent college is developing with each day passing with the continuous development of the second-level non-public college.Developing perfectly and contributing to higher education in China,an independent college should take such measures as 1.carrying out seriously the documents concerned of Educational Ministry;2.orientating reasonably according to the actual situation of independent college;3.investing more in teaching infrastructure;4.gaining greater support from local government;5.strengthening the supervision and administration of independent college. |
