| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the geography, history and culture of Tibetan region of Kangba, analyzes the characteristics of its sports culture and reveals the connotation of its sports culture, aiming to make people know and understand the background and characteristics of the sports culture in Tibetan region of Kangba and the important role of sports culture played in entertaining and keeping fit physically as well as mentally.
