| 摘 要： | 北宋时期,夔州路存在多种族源不一的少数民族.本着安静为上的宗旨,北宋政府对少数民族在政治上实行宽松的政治统治,贯彻羁縻政策,军事上建立以少数民族为主的夔州路义军,经济上实行以政府为主导的贡赐贸易和边境互市贸易.民族地区由此得到发展,先进的文化理念逐渐传入,新的州县也逐渐设立,这为夔州路在南宋的继续发展打下了基础.
