| 摘 要： | 法医学是一门应用医学,卫生法学是医学与法学交叉性专业,伴随着涉及法医学专业领域的诉讼案件的日益增多,对于将来从事法律工作的法学专业学生来说必须要具备一定的法医学知识。案例教学法是以学生为中心、理论联系实践、提高学生专业水平的好方法,是教学法改革的突破。建立以案例为基础的教学法,应用于法医学教学实践中,利用案例式考试和问卷对该教学法加以评估。案例教学法比传统的教学法在司法实践中有更突出的优势,不仅使学生能系统学习法医学的基本知识,更重要的是培养了学生运用所学知识解决实际问题的能力,真正实现了学以致用。

| Abstract: | Forensic medicine is an applied of medicine.The health law is the interdisciplinary of the medical and the legal,along with the growing of the number of court cases in medico-legal expertise,law students who will be engaged in legal work in the future must have some knowledge of forensic medicine.Case-based teaching method is focusing on the central of students and integrating theory with practice,improving students＇ professional level. It is a good way of teaching reform breakthrough.We should establish the case-based teaching method in forensic science teaching practice and use case examinations and questionnaires to evalnate this teaching method.There will be more prominent advantages than traditional methods.It is not only systematic study of forensic medicine,but also the process to cultivate the students the knowledge and ability to solve practical problems,really putting knowledge into practice. |
