| 摘 要： | 大数据时代,科技情报的分析方法和分析思路都发生了变化。文章从科技管理改革与实践的要求出发,基于科研管理过程中多源异构数据的融合关联方法,构建科技计划项目大数据的分析模型,用于指导大数据环境下多源数据分析与计算,为各类用户提供精细化数据分析服务,为科技管理决策和科技资源优化配置方案提供指导。

| Abstract: | In the era of big data,the analysis methods and analytical thinking of scientific and technological information are facing a brand-new change.Based on the integration and association of multi-source heterogeneous data in the process of science and technology plan management,the analysis model of big data of science and technology program was constructed to guide the analysis and calculation of multi-source scientific and technological data in a big data environment,and to provide refined science and technology analysis services for all kinds of science and technology management decision-making and optimization of science and technology resources allocation scheme. |
