基于MOOC的高职教师校本培训实践与反思

摘    要:我国职业教育已经进入"高质量发展"阶段,但目前的高职师资培训存在形式受限、时间短、频率低、内容与教师实际需求匹配度低、培训效果不明显、培训成本高的问题。开展基于MOOC的高职教师校本培训可以有效解决以上问题。本文对高职开展的基于MOOC的校本培训实践进行了反思和总结,指出了此种培训方式的不足和解决办法的同时提出了高职教师培训体系改进的思路。

Abstract:China's vocational education has entered the stage of"high-quality development",but there are some problems in the current vocational teacher training,such as limited form,short time,low frequency,low matching degree between the content and the actual needs of teachers,not obvious training effect and high training cost.The above problems can be effectively solved by carrying out school-based training of higher vocational teachers based on MOOC.This paper reflects and summarizes the practice of school-based training based on MOOC in higher vocational education,points out the shortcomings and solutions of this training mode,and puts forward the ideas of improving the training system of higher vocational teachers.
