基于模糊综合评价法的新手教师课堂教学能力评价

摘    要:新手教师是教师队伍中的新鲜血液,在入职初期进行教师课堂教学能力评价是教育管理中的重要环节。基于教育评价的模糊性和不确定性,本文采用模糊综合评价法,在结合专家教师的经验的基础上,通过严密的模糊数学方法对新手教师的课堂教学能力进行科学、合理、全面的评价。

Abstract:Novice teachers are the fresh blood in the teaching team.The evaluation of teachers’classroom teaching ability in the early stage of employment is a significant part of education management.Based on the fuzziness and uncertainty in the process of educational evaluation,this paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the experience of expert teachers,and conducts a scientific,reasonable and comprehensive evaluation of the classroom teaching ability of novice teachers through strict fuzzy mathematics.
