"岩土钻掘设备"泥浆泵的教学改革探讨

摘    要:本文以中国地质大学(北京)地质工程专业本科三年级学生专业必修课"岩土钻掘设备"中的"泥浆泵"教学为例,基于单作用泵不同缸数下的流量不均匀系数讲解,从教学方法、教学过程、常见问题等方面讨论了数理推导在教学过程中的应用.对比之前单纯的知识讲解,教学过程中增加了公式推导和知识的归纳总结,加深了学生们对泥浆泵相关知识点的掌握,锻炼了学生们分析问题、解决问题的能力.

Discussion on the Teaching Reform of Mud Pump in "Rock and Soil Drilling Equipment"

Abstract:This paper takes the teaching of"mud pump"in the required course"rock and soil drilling and excavation equipment"of the third year undergraduate of China University of Geosciences(Beijing)as an example,based on the explanation of the flow nonuniformity coefficient under different cylinder numbers of single acting pump,discusses the application of mathematical derivation in the teaching process from the aspects of teaching method,teaching process and common problems.Compared with the previous simple knowledge explanation,formula derivation and knowledge induction and summary are added in the teaching process,which deepens the students’mastery of relevant knowledge points of mud pump,and exercises the students’ability to analyze and solve problems.
