军民融合定向培养士官“三为”育人模式构建

摘    要:在国家积极推进军民融合的政策背景下,高等院校定向士官培养工作步入新的发展时期。据金登的多源流理论,问题源流、政策源流和政治源流的相互耦合,促成了定向培养士官育人模式的改革。长沙航空职业技术学院积极探索创新,构建了军民融合定向培养士官"三为"育人模式,致力于为军队培养思想素质优、专业基础牢、适应岗位快的专业技术士官。

Construction of"Three-for"Educational Model for Civil-Military Integration Directional Training of Non-commissioned Officers

Abstract:Under the background of the national policy of actively promoting civil-military integration,the training of noncommissioned officers in institutions of higher learning has entered a new period of development.According to Ginden's multisource theory,the mutual coupling of the problem source,the policy source and the political source has promoted the reform of the education mode of directional training of non-commissioned officers.Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College has actively explored and innovated,and has established a"three-for"education mode for civil-military integration directional training of non-commissioned officers.It is committed to training professional and technical non-commissioned officers with excellent ideological quality,solid professional foundation and fast job adaptation for the army.
