| 摘 要： | 新时期人民内部矛盾可以基本分为民间纠纷性质的个人、集体(群体)之间的人民内部矛盾和公民个人或集体(群体)同政府之间的人民内部矛盾两大类，二者的特点截然不同。新时期人民内部矛盾具有普遍性、复杂性、利益性、尖锐性和长期性五大特征。

| Abstract: | The inner contradictions among the Chinese people in the new era can be roughly classified into two categories, which are the contradictions among people or between individuals and collectives or between some citizens or some masses and the local government, contradictions of two completely different natures. The inner contradictions among the Chinese people in the new era are characterized by generality, complexity, benefits or interests focus, acuteness and long durability. |
