| Abstract: | This paper generalizes the experience and characteristics in the education and management of students and recruiting and employment of the six colleges that I visited and assessed. Meanwhile, it puts forward some constructive suggestions according to the working reality of our college in the hope to advance the reform of our college's high vocational and technical education and strengthen the training and managing of students and give some references to improve our students' employment. |
