| 摘 要： | 旅游业属于知识密集型产业。在科技创新与创意经济突飞猛进的时代背景下,新时期旅游经济应采取有智增长模式。旅游经济有智增长模式突破了资源、土地、资本等生产要素的约束,强调知识、科技、智力、智慧的作用与潜力。该模式的三种具体形式是旅游创新、创意旅游、智慧旅游,三种支撑是人才、科技与环境。应积极倡导旅游经济有智增长,加快旅游高等教育改革,提高旅游行业创新能力,规范发展旅游智力与科技服务业,探索旅游知识产权保护的新模式。

| Abstract: | Tourism is a knowledge-intensive industry.With the rapid development of technological innovation and creative economy,tourism economy in the new era should take a wisdom-based growth model.The tourism wisdom-based growth model breaks through the constraints of resources,land,capital and other production elements,emphasizing the role and potential of knowledge,technology,intelligence and wisdom.Three specific forms of that model are tourism innovation,creative tourism and intelligent tourism,three supports of the model are talents,technology and environment.We should actively promote the tourism wisdom-based growth,speed up reform of higher education in tourism,improve the innovation ability of Tourism,standardize the tourism intelligence and technology services,and explore a new model of tourism intellectual property protection. |
