| 摘 要： | 建立现代企业制度是企业改革的方向，也是建立社会主义市场经济的主要环节。现代企业制度的核心问题是确立企业的法人财产权，而企业法人财产权的确立必然形成企业法人财产权的利益主体，这个利益的主体就是企业的经营者。所以，搞市场经济，建立现代企业制度，必不可少的因素之一就是建立一支高素质的职业经理人队伍。针对这种情况，本文作了一定的研究和探索。文章提出了职业经理人的概念；分析了职业经理人在企业和社会发展中的重要作用；阐述了职业经理人应当具备哪些优良的素质；文章最后阐述了知识经济时代职业经理人素质的特殊性，并对我国职业经理人队伍的素质建设提出了希望。

The Institutional core in modern business enterprise problem is establish corporation artifical person property right. And the enterprise artifical person property right will establish its benefits body inevitablely, this main body is the operator of enterprise. So, we establish the market economy, and establish the modern business enterprise system, it is a one of necessary factor to establish an professional handlers troops. Aim at this kind of circumstance, this article made certainly of research with investigation. This article puts forward the concept of the professional handlers; It analyses the professional handlers are important in business enterprise; Which does expatiating the professional handlers should to have some good character; In the end of the article it expatiates the special of the professional handlers character in knowledge-based economic time, and puts forward the hope to character developments of the our country professional handlers troops. |
